JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwa P. S. Case No. 227 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 34 of IPC. Petitioners are said to have appointed on the forged TET Certificate and Block Education Officer has issued a letter against the petitioners to lodge an F.I.R.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the above letters issued by the Block Education Officer is itself forged that has been considered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, which will appear from Annexure 3 series and coaccused persons have also been granted bail, which will appear from Annexure 2 and 3 series.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail to the satisfaction of the concerned court with condition that within ten days of his release, he has to appear before the I.O. and cooperate in the investigation, otherwise, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
