The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353, 333, 352, 427, 436 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the mob including the present petitioner attacked the police station, damaged the articles, caused serious injury to the police personnel and set the police station on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that when the police was not taking any action against the accused, who killed a minor girl and then protest was made by

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50880 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S.
