JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but there is only allegation against the petitioner that she had illicit relation with F.I.R. named accused of the present case and the aforesaid illicit relation was cause of murder of deceased of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40407 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016.
