The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the victim made allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped the victim on 19-7-2014. It is submitted that the victim is aged 35-40 years. The occurrence took place on 19-7-2014, but the complaint petition was filed on 31-72014. Thereupon, the present F.I.R. was lodged. This fact itself shows that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The victim herself is a major woman and she lived all along with the petitioner, but did not raise any objection.
