JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014.
