The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 162 of 2019 (Excise G. R. No. 969 of 2019).
