2. This application has been filed for the following reliefs:

i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to Re-investigate/further the Gopalganj (Sadar) Nagar Police Station Case No.

755/2023 instituted under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/34 Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 (i)(s), 3 (2)(Va) of S.C/S.T Act.

ii) The witness Suresh Ram. Sunil Kumar Ram, Chandan Kumar Baitha and

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.67 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 Surendra Manjhi have categorically supported prosecution story, even then the police in connivance with accused submitted Final Form.

iii) Further for a direction to the concerned Court where the case is pending to decide the Protest Petition which is pending since 6/2/2024.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj along with a representation for the aforesaid relief and the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj will consider the representation of the petitioner in view of the allegation that the police has not collected any evidence and has submitted final form hurriedly.

4. If any such representation is filed before the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, he will examine the matter himself and will act in accordance with law.
