2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Narhiya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1972 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 16.10.2025 at about 11:30 PM, this petitioner along with Choupal and four unknown persons came to the house of informant, fired upon him and threatened to kill him and his entire family.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific and direct allegation of using firearms against this petitioner and he has got two criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
