Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested in connection with another case and allegedly, on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner and two other accused, looted bag was recovered from an abandon place.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Ritesh Kumar, Pankaj Kumar, Anuj Kumar @ Tolu and Satish Kumar @ Satish Kumar Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
