Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307/34 IPC and 25 (1-a), 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner and other accused persons resorted to firing on the police party. It is further submitted that co-accused has already enlarged on bail, from whose possession one country

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9364 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 made loaded pistol was recovered. Petitioner has remained in jail for more than 4 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpurkamal P.S. Case No. 299/14.
