The petitioner has been arrested in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 25 of 2015 (arising out of Barahat P.S.Case No. 12 of 2014) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121, 121-A,307 and 353 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 10, 13, 16, 18 and 20 of Unlawful Activities Act Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not named in the First Information Report. It is submitted that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of coaccused Shambhu Yadav and it is alleged that Shambhu Yadav and Brahmedeo Rana recovered from the house of the petitioner who were taking lunch and only allegation against the petitioner is that he used to feed Naxal.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
