Petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against them and even if prosecution story is assumed to be true, then also, it is a case of last seen. Moreover, after investigation police submitted final form against the petitioners and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Anil Ram and Birju Ram have already been granted privilege of bail vide order dated 19.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 39285 of 2016 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
