JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 Though the present case was filed for quashing of the encroachment proceeding, however, during the interregnum period, not only the final order has been passed in the Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2018-19, initiated by the Circle Officer, Morwa, District-Samastipur i.e. respondent no. 6 but the Encroachment Appeal bearing Encroachment Appeal No. 188 of 2019-20, has also been dismissed by the Additional Collector, Samastipur vide order dated 25.11.2019, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.615 of 2020(5) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 petitioner to challenge the said order dated 25.11.2019, by taking recourse to such remedies as are available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
