====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Perused the office note dated 02.04.2015.

From perusal of the record, it appears that on 21.05.1998 the appellants were directed to take steps for service of appeal notice on respondent nos.1 to 4. The said order was never complied with. On 20.02.2015 the appellants were again directed to take steps for appeal notice on respondent nos.1 to 4 under registered cover with A/D in their present and correct address but this time also the order was not complied with. Again on 19.03.2015 the appellants were directed to comply the order dated 20.02.2015. This order was never complied with. On 03.04.2015 when the case was called out nobody appeared, therefore, it was passed over. Till today the orders passed by the Bench have not been complied with, therefore, this appeal is dismissed against respondent nos.1 to 4 for non-compliance of the orders aforesaid.

Patna High Court FA No.345 of 1985 (12) dt.06-04-2015 Since there is no other respondent in this appeal, the appeal as a whole is dismissed as not maintainable because of the fact that it has already been dismissed against all the respondents. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
