2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is only alleged to be order-giver and it is further alleged that he also snatched gold chain from the neck of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of assault or overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is only alleged to be order-giver. Rest of the allegation is ornamental. Case and counter case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
