JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-02-2015 ---------- No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application when the case is called out, while Sri Vijay Kumar Bhagat, learned counsel for the opposite party is present. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the present application has been filed to transfer Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.05 of 1990 filed on behalf of the opposite party from the court of Civil Courts Darbhanga to the Civil Courts Dumka. The said Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.05 of 1990 has already been disposed of on 11.08.1995 by the court of Second Additional District Judge, Darbhanga regarding which counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of opposite party.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.1366 of 1993 dt.02-02-2015 2/2 opposite party, it appears that due to disposal of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.05 of 1990, the petitioner has lost her interest and is not taking interest in the matter.
