The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 581 of 2014 registered under sections 399 and 402 IPC. It is alleged that the informant who is the officer-incharge on getting information went to the bus stand and arrested three accused persons including the petitioner who were taking wine. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. The contention of the petitioner is that he has already been released on bail in a case registered under the Arms Act. Considering the above and period of incarceration, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16652 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 581 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family member of the petitioner. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
