The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 3,4,5,6,9 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and 4/6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged by the informant that her parents died leaving behind her under the Guardianship of co-accused Umeda Khatoon. As soon as she became 11 years old, the petitioner and Umeda Khatoon compelled her to flesh trade.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the informant has not alleged anything specific against this petitioner.

Case No. 53 of 2014.
