ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2019 in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.464 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner but against one Rakesh Paswan. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
