JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 On the basis of the written report of the informant Lila Devi, an F.I.R. was lodged , alleging that on 21-10-2014 her daughter Guriya Kumari aged about 15 years had gone to read in Guru Sharan High School Belsand Kothi, and the informant also accompanied her. When she was returning back at about 2 P.M.along with her daughter, the petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons got her daughter boarded in a vehicle and fled towards Belsand with intention to sell her or to do wrong work. On alarm being raised by her daughter, she ran but in the meantime, the driver took away the vehicle rashly. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

No.15428 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2 / 2 petitioner has been falsely implicated, and the said submission is supported by the statement of the victim girl under section 164 Cr.P.C. where she has denied the involvement of the petitioner. The counsel for the State has not controverted the said fact. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Md. Israfil be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in Belsand P.S.
