The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021 (G.R. No. 795 of 2021) registered under Sections 342, 323, 325, 308, 379, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the present occurrence. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
