There is omnibus allegation of making firing against these petitioners but admittedly, there was land dispute between the parties and injured of this case sustained simple injury. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Simari P.S. Case no. 67/2014.
