Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of recovery as well as his antecedent. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.2.2016 and prior to institution of the present case only one case of Arms Act had been registered against him which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jamui in Sikandra P.S. Case no. 24/2016.
