JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 323, 341, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with the butt of the rifle to the sons of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has not been found to be grievous when there is counter version of the occurrence and petitioner also received injuries. Moreover the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9820 of 2015 (3) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.
