The Court is informed that an L.P.A. No. 1155 of 2017 has been filed, which was heard on 27.08.2017 and the Division Bench has stayed operation of the order, dated 17.08.2016, passed in M.J.C. No. 1099 of 2016. Notices have also been issued to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this contempt application now stands disposed off.
