2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(B)/(II) (B)/23(B)/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 13.5 Kg. Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2023.

4. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

6. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
