2.The application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience to the order dated 06.07.2018, passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.54 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 15406 of 2012 whereby the Court has directed to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sarva Sikshya Abhiyan, Samastipur to take a fresh decision after hearing the petitioner, as well as, other concerned authorities.

3. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4. Learned Advocate for the State referring to the show cause affidavit has contended that in compliance to the order of this Court, a fresh decision has been taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, the copy of which is placed on record vide Annexure A to the show cause affidavit.

4. In view thereof, this Court finds that the order of this Court has already been complied with.

5. The contempt petition stands dismissed.
