====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner allegedly gave a dagger blow at the abdomen of Arun Yadav. The doctor has found consistent injury grievous in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2020. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

If the trial would not conclude within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, the
