The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chainpur P..S.Case No.340 of 2018.

The matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre for exploring the amicable settlement between the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the main accused is Natraj Singh, against whom allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.421 of 2020(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 is that he executed a sale deed in favour of the complainant, but when she went to the place she came to know that the land was not belonging to the said accused. He has further submitted that Natraj Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court under order dated 07.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23241 of 2020.

Considering the fact that the main accused Natraj Singh by putting forth trance submission, has been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No. 340 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
