CSP licence was granted to father of petitioner and it is alleged that the petitioner also used to deal with business of the bank and in connivance with other accused misappropriated amounts which were meant to the beneficiaries of Indira Awas Yojana. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur P.S.
