JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ order, direction/ directions, commanding the appropriate respondents for removal of encroachment from the public land (road)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment

Patna High Court CWJC No.19845 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 case no. 31 of 2014-15 was initiated by the Circle officer, Khutauna, Madhubani and some part of the encroachment in question has been removed, however, certain encroachments are yet to be removed.

If that be the matter, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle officer, Khutauna, Madhubani for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
