The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019 in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 341, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of wrongful behavior is on Vikas Yadav and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the allegation against the three accused persons was of snatching of Rs. 10,000/- and a gold top from the informant after taking her behind the bush. It is further submitted that no role has been attributed to the present petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.379 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the similarly situated co-accused person has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 16.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2240 of 2020, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019.
