The petitioner is in jail custody since 21-10-2014 in a case registered under Section-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act on the accusation that one country-made pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when he along with several other persons were assembled for preparation to commit dacoity.

Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that earlier one Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013 for the offence under Sections-379, 511, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the petitioner and in the said case, the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7272 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 granted privilege of bail.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.
