The petitioner has filed the present application for recalling the order dated 16.07.2004 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7761 of 2004 and its analogous cases to contest the case on merit. It appears from the record of C.W.J.C. No.7569 of 2004 that C.W.J.C. No.7569 of 2004 alongwith C.W.J.C. No.7761 of 2004, filed on behalf of the petitioner, and other writ applications

Patna High Court MJC No.845 of 2006 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 have been disposed of vide order dated 16.07.2004 in terms of the directions contained in order dated 19.09.2003 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7054 of 2003 and analogous cases with only modification that two paragraphs affidavit personally sworn by the concerned authority must be filed by 20th August, 2004. I find no reason to recall the order dated 16.07.2004 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.7761 of 2004, filed on behalf of the petitioner, and its analogous cases. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
