The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

It is a case of recovery of liquor which was kept back side of Kalisthan.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and nothing has been recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner and the name of the

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 424 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
