2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 498A, , 504,379,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

3. The allegation in the FIR with regard to the fact that the informant was ill-treated by the petitioner and his family and was also ousted from the house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset denies the very factum of marriage and submits that a false allegation has been made that the petitioner and informant were married in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2502 of 2025(4) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 a temple. Further, there is no proof of any such marriage rather it has been brought on record vide AnnexureP-2 which is the Adhar Card of the informant showing her to be the wife of one Rahul Kumar Singh. It has also been submitted that even her bank account discloses that she is wife of one Rahul Kuamr Singh.

5. The learned counsel for the O.P.No. 2 however opposes the bail.

Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.PC and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in investigation/ trial.
