Petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the minor daughter of the informant was studying in Class-X when she fell in love with the son of the petitioner Ankit Kumar who took the victim to his house where the petitioner gave them money to elope, but the victim was caught by the police on Muzaffarpur Railway Station. It is also alleged that the son of the informant ravished the victim in connivance with the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that her son was 11 years old and she was not aware
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12656 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 about the love affairs between her son and the victim girl. It is submitted that for the occurrence of 23.09.2013 the complaint was filed on 2.12.2013 and the same came to be registered as police case on 20.01.2014.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the son of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
