Nazmul Hoda, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpurcum-Licensing Authority, whereby the license of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period
