The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada (Nagar) P.S. case No. 394 of 2015 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 200, 198, 205, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was accused in Warsaliganj P.S. case No. 195 of 2014 under Section 419 and other Sections of the IPC but Vickky Kumar impersonated the petitioner, Shankar Kumar @ Shankar Sonar, and surrendered in the court in Warsaliganj P.S. case No. 195 of 2014 but when this fact came to light the petitioner also surrendered and only because the present case was lodged.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38028 of 2016 (3) dt.21-11-2016 2/2 petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 20.07.2015 and he has already remained in jail for more than one year and four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 394 of 2015.
