The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. That the present writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent's 1st set to conclude and dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner dated 29.10.2024 before the respondent 1st set in accordance with law at the earliest within a reasonable period of time.
II. That the present writ application is filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the competent authorities to initiate a fair and thorough department inquiry against the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.1339 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 (Anupriya Kumari) for her alleged professional misconduct and moral turpitude in accordance with law;
III. For any reliefs/ relief for which the petitioner is entitled for."
3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.
4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only seeking disposal of his representation dated 29.10.2024 pending before the respondent No. 1 herein, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 herein to consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The respondent No. 1 shall put the petitioner on notice before passing any orders and give him an opportunity of hearing. The respondent No. 1 shall endeavor to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
