JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P. S. Case No. 405 of 2019 disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per F.I.R. recovery of 09 liters of country made liquor from the one co-accused, who disclosed that he was going to sell the same to the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, which has no legal value, no other allegation against the petitioner. She happens to be the lady. She has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2518 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, in connection with Harnaut P.
