The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2013 in a case for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith two other accused persons robbed the informant while he was traveling in a Tempo.

It is submitted that the petitioner was implicated in the present case after he was arrested on mere suspicion and

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the co-accused, who was the driver arrested at the spot has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 31.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43126 of 2013.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 14.09.2013, he has not been put on T.I. Parade and also that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Khajekalam P.S.
