At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of this writ petition directing the Anchal Adhikar, Phulwari Sharif, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 5179 of 2016-17 which was fixed for hearing on 19.11.2016 but no final order has been passed till date.

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Anchal Adhikar, Phulwari Sharif, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the aforesaid Mutation Case No. 5179 of 2016-17 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within

Patna High Court CWJC No.4855 of 2021(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
