1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case no. 866 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66(C)(D) of I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that a secret information was received about both the petitioners being involved in duping general public by arranging for grant of loan to them. It is further stated that raid was conducted on which several articles including the mobile phones, passbooks, approval letters, ATM cards etc. were recovered. The accused

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. They are in custody since 4.10.2023 and have no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody since 4.10.2023, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case no. 866 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif.
