2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 25(1)(a)(b)(1B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that a mini gun factory was running in the house of this petitioner and petitioner alongwith other coaccused are alleged to have fled away from the spot after seeing the police team.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house in question does not belong to this petitioner and has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be son of Vinod Paswan, who is owner of said house. Petitioner is living separately. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. - I, Barh, Patna in connection with S.Tr. No. 720 of 2022, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020.
