The petitioner is accused in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.428 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30,30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about selling of liquor by Ram Surat Rai and Rausan Kumar in village Nauwadih, informant with police personnel reached there. On seeing the police party, two persons started to flee away but on chase one was apprehended who disclosed the name of the Ramsurat Rai (petitioner). And he disclosed the name of his associates as Rausan Kumar. On search of hut 10 litres Mahua country-made liquor and 40 litre semi constructed Indian made liquor recovered.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IInd-cum -Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.428 of 2019.
