The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant had loaded cement on the truck owned by this petitioner to be carried to the referred destination. However, the cement did not reach thereat.

Submission is that parties have entered into compromise, vide Annexure 2 at page 36 of the petition. Considering the compromise between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4881 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil Police Station Case No.27 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

If the petitioner would not fulfill his commitment in the terms of compromise petition, that would be a ground for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner by the learned court below itself.
