The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 498(A), 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that Paras Singh solemnized marriage with his daughter claiming himself to be of 'Mandal' caste but, later on, the informant came to know that he belongs to 'Rajput' caste. The eldest son of the informant went to see his sister but his sister was not present in the house. It is suspected that the accused persons sold the victim. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners and only suspicion is raised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
