Petitioner has moved this Court for a direction to the official respondents to institute a First Information Report on the basis of a complaint submitted to respondent no. 6 by post in terms of Section 154(3) Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has not moved the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for redressal of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1449 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 grievance.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, following the views expressed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Ors. reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, this Court would not entertain a direction writ application for lodging of the F.I.R. This application cannot proceed. It is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy as may be advised to her in accordance with law.
