2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"i. The respondents may kindly be directed to ensure selection of the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre - Nikhti Khurd, Raghunathpur, Siwan on the basis of merit position in the selection list.

ii. The respondent also may kindly be directed to not make any selection over the post in question without taking into

iii. Any other relief of reliefs also may kindly be allowed to the petitioner for which the petitioner be found entitled on the opinion of this Hon'ble Court."

3. Petitioner is stated to have approached the District Magistrate, Siwan on 4th March, 2020.

4. Therefore, the District Magistrate, Siwan is hereby directed to pass a speaking order after due hearing of such person whose right is likely to be affected.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
